Swanny - Bartender
With nearly 18 years of experience managing and working in venues across London, Adelaide, and Sydney, I bring a deep love for hospitality and a passion for creating memorable drinking experiences. I’m a big believer in cocktails that are approachable, fun, and above all—delicious—I blend international experience with a down-to-earth style that keeps things welcoming, and never too serious.
Kosta - Bartender
Kosta has spent time working the tins are some of Sydney’s most renowned restuarants and bars. Joing the team early 2024 - his passion and knowledge for food and drinks is only exceeded by his love and attention for each and every guest that walks into the bar.

TORI - BARTENDER
Tori joined the team in early 2024, and has loved experimenting and crafting new cocktails for our seasonal menu and offering recommendations tailored to each guest. While she enjoy’s the creative side of bartending, she loves providing warm, attentive service. She aims to create a welcoming, easygoing atmosphere and bring care and consistency to everything she does behind the bar.
